Our turkeys sell out every year, so secure yours early! Sourced from the renowned Diestel Family Ranch, these American Heirloom Whole Turkey’s are raised with the utmost care, bringing you a farm-fresh, organic bird perfect for your holiday feast.

Important Dates:

• Brined and/or Fully Smoked Turkeys: Last day to pre-order is November 17th.

• Raw Turkeys: Last day to pre-order is November 19th.

Please Note:

• No Shipping: Turkeys must be picked up in person.

• A $50 deposit is required for all pre-orders. If you cancel after 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 16th, your deposit will not be refunded.

• There are NO deposit refunds for turkeys that are not picked up on their designated pick up day.

• Your deposit will be deducted from your order at time of pickup.

• We do our best to accommodate your chosen turkey weight, please note that there can be a couple pound variation.

Weight Information:

• Reserved Weight is based on Raw Turkey weight. Expect a 30% weight reduction when cooking.

Options to choose at check out:

• Raw: Slightly frosty and fresh off the farm. Includes neck and giblets.

• Brined: Brined in our special blend of herbs. Please note if you would like to add neck and giblets to your order.

• Brined & Smoked: Brined and smoked to perfection, ready to eat re-heat and serve. Includes giblet gravy.

Pick up Day: Please note that when picking up, we will ask for your order number and last name of the person who placed the order.
